Why can’t I approve my direct support providers time?

here could be several reasons why you are not able to approve the time. If you are e a parent provider, you would need to make sure you are on the guardian role. Do this by going to the 3 dots on the upper right corner and switch the role. It could be due to a system issue/error at the time, if this is the problem you would have to wait until this is fixed by the website’s administrator. Try refreshing the screen to make sure it is not offline and make sure you have the current version.
