Wee Care offers person-centered care delivered in the individuals home and community

Home and Community Based Services (HCBS)

HCBS programs address the needs of individuals with functional and/or cognitive limitations who need assistance with daily living activities. HCBS supports are typically geared to enable individuals to stay in their homes, rather than a care facility. There is research showing that individuals receiving HCBS supports have the best outcomes. Wee Care provides the following HCBS support: Respite, Attendant Care and Habilitation
