Habilitation, Respite and Attendant Care Services are designed and delivered to meet the individual needs of adults provided by caring, compassionate trained Direct Support Providers.
Respite care allows for your loved one to get the support and attention they need while providing their primary caregiver with a much needed break.
Respite is an authorized service for a qualified direct support provider (DSP) to care for the individual in their own home.
Attendant Care services allow for a DSP to assist your loved one with personal care tasks that they may not be able to accomplish independently, such as feeding, toileting, bathing, grooming, etc.
Attendant Care Supervision allows for a DSP to provide constant supervision for your loved one that may not safely be left alone. This service does not involve support with any personal care tasks.
Habilitation services aim to develop and improve your loved ones daily living skills.
With support from our trained Direct Support Providers, your loved one will work on individualized goals targeting Daily Living and Personal Safety skills.
Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) begins with an assessment of the members needs and current abilities. The members team, which is comprised of their Support Coordinator, family, providing agency and direct support professionals, join to create life skill goals for the member to work on if needed and/or determine attendant care tasks or respite needs.
